Read below you have not received your items, but expected to have by now.
Firstly,
Please check your order confirmation to confirm the estimated date time of delivery. Unfortunately from time to time there can be unexpected delays for a number of reasons that mean delivery is outside these delivery guides. There can be a variety of reasons.
If you do not have your tracking link. Then please email info@motocal.com with
- email address you purchased from
- order date
- confirmation email (forward a copy)

With your code, you can contact your national postal provider directly (by website or phone) and enquire as to the progress of your order directly. They should be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information that sometimes isn’t available by using their automatic tracking system.
Your local national postal provider will be provided to you in the email, if you do not have this information.
Remember – Please check:
- 1. With you neighbours to ensure they didn’t accept deliver of your item.
- 2. In the event of no one available to sign for your delivery it will be returned to your local sorting/post office. So please check you local sorting/post office.
- 3. Consult with your tracking code for further information
Alternative the order (very unlikely) may be held up in customs. We are happy to contact them directly and address any issue. Please contact us with the details and we can contact them to expedite things.
