If you notice an accidental design mistake in your confirmation email (just after ordering) or when your graphics have been delivered.
Don’t worry. We want to help!
Motocal understand that every one makes mistakes. We want to help you. It is important to email Motocal immediately with the
- Purchased email address
- Vehicle & model
- Confirmation email (noreply@motocal.com)
- List of which decals, and what errors. (Screenshots may help)
We will look at your design and investigate if we can solve this for you or provide you with a solution.
Remember Motocal will ship your order on the same day we receive it, so it is important to contact us immediately if you have spotted a mistake
I noticed a mistake in my confirmation email
Motocal will recommend that you go into your saved design.
- 1. Access Saved Design
- 2. Remove all the decals that are correct.
- 3. Repair the decals with errors.
- 4. Only Re-order those decals with errors
Depending on whether your order has been completely printed and/or packaged we may offer you a discount to repair those errors.
I noticed a mistake in my graphics when I received my items in the post.
